How to find the license key of your
eScan or MailScan product?
To find out the License Key :
1.
From the Windows explorer, select the directory,
where the product is installed.
2.
For your MailScan Product : Open the file mailscan.ini (File type is Configuration Settings) - OR - For your eScan Product : Open the file license.ini (File type is Configuration Settings)
3.
The license key is listed in the file.
You can either scroll the selection to find it or use
the Search >Find command, to trace the key.
4.
Copy the key. Do not alter any data in this
file.
You have to now register
the key in the application.
1.
From Windows explorer, open the link for
the application and click on the application with the
License
icon.
2.
Click on the icon and paste the key in
the dialog box. Select Apply and OK.
3.
The application will register the new key.
